About Clearstream and our network
Clearstream has been building broadband networks for over 10 years. Our network spans across Brisbane, Ipswich and out to the Brisbane and Lockyer Valleys. By using a mixture of fibreoptic and point to point/multipoint microwave connections we have created a reliable high speed network that can service hundreds of customers in each area.
We provided quick internet connections for homes and faster commercial grade connections up to 1Gbit . Tailored services are available on request and most can be activated within days of being ordered.
We currently cover the following suburbs and surrounding areas:
- Eatons Hill
- Greater Brisbane - Must have line of sight to Mt Coot-tha
- Greater Springfield
- The Gap
- Lowood / Fernvale / Minden / Marburg
Clients are connected to our high speed service without the use of telephone lines. This allows us to give higher upload and download speeds - Up to 25M download and 5Mbps upload for home users.
Home Internet
The following suburbs and surrounding areas are currently able to connect to our wireless network:

Installation costs $110.00 and is subject to a free site inspection.
There is no ongoing contract. We rely on the fact that you will like the service and stay.
All new wireless installations come with a 7 day grace period and includes a full money back guarantee if the service does not meet your expectations.
All our plans include download speeds up to 100Mbps and upload speeds up 50Mbps. In our new 5G areas speeds can reach 500Mbps over our wireless links and the latency is generally 2-3ms. Speeds will vary depending on network overheads, network load, the sites you are using, time of day and many other factors out of our control.

Fibre Internet
If you would like to connect to our fibre optic network in your area please contact us.
Most houses will need a 20mm communication conduit installed between the street pit and the house.
The cost to install this conduit is $250.00.
Once the communication conduit is in place a fibre optic cable is installed from the access pit to the side of the house.
It is then extended inside the house to a termination point where your router is.
The cost to do this is $200.00
